SupWiz Chatbot and cBrain F2 system work together at The Danish Environmental Protection Agency creating automatization and optimization for the system’s users.
SupWiz has built an integration in cBrain’s production system F2, making it possible to integrate a chatbot, creating automatization and optimization for the system’s users, and adding value to the customers using cBrain and SupWiz.
cBrain F2 is a revolutionary and highly effective software tool used by governmental agencies, municipalities, universities, and private organizations. Its purpose is to digitize all workflows, knowledge processing, case and record management, and communication, making it easy to reuse best practices and proven process solutions in a secure way.
CBRAIN AND SUPWIZ CHATBOT HELPING CITIZENS
Today, 17 out of 21 Danish ministries and more than 75 government organizations have implemented F2, among them the Danish Environmental Protection Agency, which is also a SupWiz customer.

The Danish Environmental Protection Agency journalizes all inquiries received, and they do so in F2, where the inquiries are categorized and solved. Now, because of SupWiz’s integration, the chatbot can journalize the incoming inquiries by itself, making the process automated and creating a supplementary communication channel for the users who direct questions or requests.
The chatbot has been live since March and has been well received even before then. All through the implementation process, the collaboration between SupWiz and The Danish Environmental Protection Agency has been a good experience.
