SupChat now presents AI suggestions in live chat

SupWiz’ live chat framework SupChat has a new AI feature, which lets agents work a lot faster by suggesting relevant messages during live chat conversations.

AI for canned message prediction is the major, new feature in the most recent SupChat release. It is a feature that makes SupChat stand out in the crowded market of live chat solutions, where few providers offer live chat with built-in AI assistance.

How does it work?

The AI for prediction of canned messages analyzes the messages from the user, and then suggests what the relevant canned message is likely to be as a response. Then the agent can simply click on a message to add it to their chat reply and thereby answer the user’s question in an instant.

Why is it helpful?

The AI predictions help agents work faster because they can respond faster. The feature is very effective when users ask questions that require an elaborate explanation or ask routine questions that agents would otherwise have to type in many times a day: SupChat now predicts and presents the relevant replies to agents and enables them to respond with the click of a button.
