How does it work?

SupWiz use advanced AI technology and customize it to every single company – building a unique AI-model for each. This way the companies get a customized chatbot, which makes it possible to take over even complex dialogues. A customized chatbot allows users to perform advanced self-service tasks such as booking a meeting, checking order status or even resetting a wifi router.
