At Odense University Hospital (OUH) & Svendborg Hospital’s Innovation Day, the project including SupWiz Chatbot, which supports endometriosis patients, is nominated for OUH’s Innovation Price which stands for improving citizen and patient experience – one of the best solutions for enhancing workflows and processes!

Meeting the criteria for the innovation prize involves projects that improve the patient experience and enhance workflows and processes – the goal is to enable the staff to keep the patient’s needs as their top priority.
The primary emphasis is to ensure a great experience for patients– and SupWiz Chatbot stands out from the crowd as a “friend” that supports patients with endometriosis.
The Health Buddy
In collaboration with SupWiz, OUH is running a project where the SupWiz Chatbot is designed to provide accurate answers to questions related to endometriosis based on health professional-validated information. This aims to guide individuals and patients regarding treatment, scheduling appointments, and contact details.
SupWiz Chatbot represents the first Chatbot in Denmark that supports a clinical department.
Instead of a nurse or a secretary having to spend time answering, for example, how to find the department, the chatbot can now provide an instant answer – providing a faster and better service for citizens and taking the load of nurses and secretaries!
