SupWiz CTO & Co-founder, Stephen Alstrup, who is also an algorithm professor and advisor for the Danish Data Protection Agency, was invited by the City of Copenhagen to present at Copenhagen City Hall, addressing the good, the hyped, and the (maybe) boring parts about Chatbots and their different applications.

By addressing some of the challenges that e.g., ChatGPT causes, Stephen Alstrup, illustrates how it is full of generic data from which it creates its often incorrect answers.
