SupWiz selected as customer service AI vendor for SKI 02.18

SupWiz has been selected as an official vendor of chatbots and other customer service AI solutions under the new SKI 02.18 agreement together with our partner NiNE A/S running until 2023.

SKI helps the public sector buy goods and services every year for more than 300 billion DKK and the new SKI 02.18 agreement is the most prominent way for public sector institutions to buy software and IT solutions.

SupWiz has been selected as an official vendor under this new agreement together with our partner NiNE A/S. We deliver breakthrough AI software for customer service and support including chatbots, email bots, ticket routing, and much more and this has now become much easier to procure as a public institutions.
