Connect all support channels via state-of-the-art artificial intelligence. Don't be satisfied with intelligent components that work for one support channel at a time.
In modern systems a single question may travel through many support channels, e.g. starting at a chatbot and moving on to an ITSM system where several supporters look at the same ticket. How do you ensure that information provided by the costumer is not lost in this process? And when question is resolved, how do you ensure that all links in the organization learn from the experience? The answer is as simple as it is powerful: Supwiz.
