We have created these guidelines to make recruitment easy for both you and us, so we kindly ask you to use the information below as your checklist when applying.

A short video

We greatly appreciate when people make a short video to accompany their application. The video should be introductory and no longer than 3 minutes. Briefly tell us who you are, why you are applying, what you bring to the table and what you would like to achieve.


Attach a grade transcript from your most recent education when you send the application. You are welcome to add certificates from relevant courses and training as well.

Other information

Your CV and application should contain as much as possible of the following information:

  • Links to LinkedIn and other relevant sites with information about you and your accomplishments

  • Information about the languages you master at what level

  • Examples of your work related to the position you are applying for (e.g. sales material, white papers, code or spreadsheets)

  • If the CV contains large “holes”, an explanation to these

  • What responsibilities you had and what results you achieved in your latest job

  • Start and finish dates indicated by month for each job and education

  • Time of most recent secondary education (e.g. high school/gymnasium)

  • A clear distinction between paid jobs and voluntary work in the CV
