Sales / Business Developer (assistant)

Note: This position is available as either a junior (assistant) or senior position.

The word is spreading that SupWiz has made the world’s perhaps best chatbot and we are having a hard time keeping up with all the customer inquiries about our breakthrough AI platform for customer service - this has only increased after winning the largest innovation prize of 2019.

Are you gifted at handling customer and prospect relationships and would like to be part of an exciting world-class team in a fast-growing start-up? Then we have the job for you!

As a Sales / Business Developer at SupWiz you will be “hands on” following up on the large amounts of requests for our AI platform including chatbots, ticket routing, and much more - benefiting millions of users around the globe.
Furthermore we expect you to take responsibility for some of the following activities supporting sales/business development: Making content for our webpage and blog, representing SupWiz at conferences and trade shows, making sales material and presentations, etc.

Humor and participation in our many social activities (including company traveling) are appreciated

It is a big plus if you are experienced with some of the following

  • Project sales

  • B2B sales

  • Customer service

  • IT & Software

  • International sales
