We are happy to announce the arrival of not just one, but two new members of team SupWiz: Marie Heitmann and Saher Amir.
Marie and Saher have joined SupWiz to apply their skills in communication, marketing and business development.
Marie graduated from Copenhagen Business School with a master’s degree in Business Administration and Organizational Communication. She comes from a position in the SaaS startup Napp, in which she has gained wide experience within marketing of B2B software.
Saher has great experience within corporate communication and digital media from working in large global organizations such as COWI and Danske Bank. Moreover, Saher has a master’s degree in Communications and Business Studies from Roskilde University.
Marie and Saher will play a crucial role in the expansion and optimization of the marketing and communication initiatives in SupWiz. The aim is a sharp increase in the awareness of and interest in SupWiz’s one-of-a-kind AI omni-channel customer service.
