Last week, SupWiz's CEO, Stephen Alstrup, and Chief AI Officer, Søren Dahlgaard, gave a keynote talk at Hostingdagen 2018 on how companies can use AI to get a closer relationship to, and better understand, their customers.
The keynote was followed by a panel debate on customer experience and service, where we saw a large interest from the audience in what SupWiz has to offer.
We at SupWiz see a huge potential for AI to improve customer experience in the hosting industry, and look forward to follow and be part of this development.
