Last week, SupWiz's CEO, Stephen Alstrup, was on stage at the yearly kick-off of NNIT A/S speaking in front of thousands of NNIT employees about digital transformation and how AI will disrupt the world of customer service.
Digital Transformation was the keyword at this year's kick-off for NNIT A/S. This was echoed by both the CEO and CTO of NNIT, who were on stage at this great event in front of thousands of NNIT employees.
SupWiz's CEO, Stephen Alstrup, was invited on stage to present our joint efforts with NNIT on co-creating the next generation of customer support as well as how we predict that AI will disrupt the world of customer service and support over the next few years.
