Robots plus AI equals magic for customer service
A new partnership between Danish companies SmartRPA and SupWiz will make software robots that can understand unstructured data, propelling the possibilities for automation beyond state-of-the-art.
Copenhagen, January 24th, 2018
AI and robots are everywhere today, and is changing how we think of customer service by automating routine tasks. This automation leads to greatly improved quality and customer satisfaction and Gartner predicts that by 2020, customers will manage 85% of their relationship with the enterprise without interacting with a human. However, one major obstacle lies in the way of reaching this goal: How do software robots cope with unstructured data, such as voice, chat and email?
A new partnership between Danish companies SmartRPA and SupWiz will solve this problem, by joining world-leading experts in RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and AI. In addition to intelligently handling unstructured data, the robots will use AI to adapt to more advanced tasks such as detecting anomalies and providing personalization. The result will greatly increase the range of tasks that today’s robots can manage, and will give companies a large competitive edge in improving their customer experience.

To kick-off the partnership, SmartRPA and SupWiz are organizing a joint conference on the possibilities of RPA and AI on March 7th, 2018, where they will explain the current state-of-the-art in automation and the possibilities in the future. The conference is moderated by Computer World.
